Well, since the doggie year has already started, its about time I lived up to my resolutions.
I got up at 6.30am and went to the gym, worked out and punched in the office early as a bee. It is damn refreshing I tell you! You'll feel great! Besides that, the gym is so empty compared to rush hour! No noobs fighting for the tread-mill and the hunky machine that tones your lower body. No gays flirting their biceps to get laid, no bitchy woman talking bad about the whole world except themselves. It's fabulous! Except for the jam if you leave a little over 7am. Be prepared to drive for an hour. Hitting the road at 6.15 is the best.
I also quit beer and cigarettes. Can you believe it!?! I can't either, and its not really very hard to do, once you tell yourself you are going to do it, you seem to be able to carry it through.
I am also not eating any carbo after 7pm. And trying to loose as much weight as possible.
Am working well and feeling good. It is a great year to start damn resolutions I tell ya! Let's see, what should I work on next? Hmmmm....
